Policies

  1. Client Timeliness Policy

    We love when clients are on time for their appointments. If you are running late, letting us know is also always appreciated. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, we will need to rebook you and the same day rebooking fee would apply.

  2. No show Policy    

    We define “No Show” as a circumstance where the client did not come to their appointment. The appointment is deemed a No Show after 10 minutes from your appointment start time has elapsed and we have received no communication from you. The No Show fee is the full menu price of all the services booked. If you are a member and your appointment was intended to redeem your benefit, you have the option to use your benefit to cover your no-show fee; however, if you choose to pay it, you will receive a 50% discount.

  3. Rebooking/Cancellation Policy

    We request a 24-hour notice for any changes that need to happen with your booking or if you need to cancel. Changes to your appointment within the 24-hour window will incur a 100% fee reflective of the services booked. If you are a member, you have the option to use your benefit to cover this fee; however, if you choose to pay it, you will receive a 50% discount.

  4. Accompanying guest Policy    

    We have a one guest per treatment room policy. If the client is minor, then their parent/guardian is allowed to accompany them.   

  5. No child Policy

    Please plan to have childcare arranged for your appointment. If you bring your child, we will need to rebook your appointment. The same day cancellation fee will be waived for the 1st instance but will hold for all future times.
